JAMMU, Jan 16: Swami Vivekanada’s statue was unveiled in Bawa Kailakh Dev Asthan Thather Bantalab at a function today which was organized by Bawa Kailakh Dev Parbandhak Committee. Swami Dinesh Bharti Unveiled Swami Vivekananda’s Statue. He said “Swami Vivekananda is a symbol of India’s identity. We should imbibe his values. He was in pursuit of truth. Vivekananda is not just an individual’s name; he represents thousand year old Indian civilization and culture. He insisted that Swami Vivekananda was not looking for a Guru or any kind of religion but was in search of truth and high moral values.
On this occasion Bawa Kailkah Dev Parbandhak Committee general secretary. Shakti Dutt Sharma said The statue of Swami Ji will remind people about his ideal life and his positive outlook towards life. Swami Vivekananda was a great philosopher, who dreamed about a Great India.
Mahant Rohit Shastri presented Bawa Ji Ki Chunri and a book written by him to Swami Dinesh Bharti Ji as a mark of memory for this fruitful meeting. The function started with Hawan bajan kirtan and concluded with Bandara and Langer facilities.
