Traffic jams are a common occurence in Jammu city. Despite many rules in vogue, traffic situation worsens with every passing day.
There are two set of rules for people here. One set pertains to VIP movement where traffic police remains on tenterhooks and ensures the smooth passage of cavalcade. While the other set pertains to common man who is supposed to bear all kinds of indignities and sufferings. The traffic police should ensure that there is no discrimination with anybody, and traffic moves smoothly.
