VIP Syndrom

Sir,
This has reference to the article ‘VIP syndrome and traffic woes” by Vijay Gupta DE Feb 20, 2017.
Well written but this note will not have any effect towards improvement as the Govt is not sensitive to these  pointers unless names of a few beneficiaries also appear in the press. The other way is to prompt some one to file a public interest litigation or to write direct to the Hon’ble High Court for initiating  a public interest litigation.
Lot many robberies are taking places in this city but the SHOs are very casual and they don’t register the FIRs may be because they are short of staff or they may be some other priorities.
Regarding traffic woes  as long as corruption is not wiped out in the deptt these matador drivers will not mend their ways .
Municipal Corporation is equally responsible for traffic woes. They have issued unlimited licences to rehri walas who are encroaching the roads. Almost all the shopkeepers are displaying the goods on the roads resulting in congestion of roads .
Yours etc….
