JAMMU, Jan 10: Super-positivity Movement Founder and ace Motivator, Vikrant Mahajan continued his 100 Guinness World Records campaign in Jammu with a very dynamic activity at Gold’s Gym, here.
In one hour, he performed 3,020 jumping jacks, bettering the previous Guinness World Record of 3,000 jumping jacks.
According to rules, with every jump, Vickrant’s feet had to be at least shoulder width apart, and his hands had to touch straight over his head. It was an explosive endeavour, made even more impressive by the fact that Vickrant had only three days to train for it.
Vikrant said: “I’ve already performed 62 Guinness World Record attempts since May 2016, and almost every day I’m doing something new. So I barely had the time to train for this extreme endurance event. But since I am super-positive, I went into the attempt without any inhibitions whatsoever, and I’m happy it manifested successfully.”
Speaking on the occasion, Chitwan Wazir, the Director of Gold’s Gym, Jammu, said: “Vickrant is truly an inspiration to everyone in Jammu and all over the world to become positive towards fitness in particular and life in general.”
The event was officiated by fitness trainers Zahoor Bhat and Bob Chris and filmed by Navedeep Simgh and Rinku Bhati of Multitask Productions.
