JAMMU, Oct 10: Vikramaditya Singh, former PDP MLC and elder son of Congress leader, Dr Karan Singh, will join the Congress tomorrow in New Delhi in presence of AICC (I) president Rahul Gandhi.
Vikramaditya had resigned from the PDP last year. He had also given up the membership of the Upper House at the time of resignation.
