JAMMU, Feb 7: The Vigilance Organization Jammu today produced challan against PDD Meter Reader, who was caught red handed while demanding and accepting a bribe of Rs 2000 in August 2013.
Challan in case FIR No. 13/2013 P/S VOJ, was produced against accused Basu Dev, then Meter Reader PDD Department (EM&RE) Sub-Division Bari Brahmana District Samba. He was caught accepting bribe from complaint Chet Ram for providing him the electricity bill of electric connection installed at his residential house situated at village Kartholi since January 2013.
