JAMMU, Jan 22: The dead body of an unidentified man was recovered today here from Gujjar Nagar area.
According to a police spokesman, the dead body of a man appears to be a non-local was spotted late this morning by some passersby near Gujjar Nagar Park.
He said that the dead body was shifted to mortuary room of the hospital for identification and post mortem. In this connection, inquest proceedings under section 174 CrPc have been initiated by Gujjar Nagar police.
