JAMMU, May 29: The dead body of an unidentified man of age about 40 years was today recovered from Trikuta Nagar area of city outskirts.
According to a police spokesman, the dead body of a man appears to be a beggar was spotted this evening by some passersby near Taxi Stand in Trikuta Nagar area.
He said they informed the police, which reached the spot and shifted the body to mortuary room of Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for identification and post mortem.
A case in this regard has been registered at police station Trikuta Nagar, where police has started inquest proceedings under Section 174 CrPc.
