JAMMU, Feb 11: UCMAS, a Malaysia based organization pioneering in abacus based brain development program, conducted IGE “International Grading Exam” and refresher training for Abacus Course Instructor in Jammu
As part of Training quality control & continuous evaluation of UCMAS, Abacus teachers on Global Training Parameters, Course Instructor Assessment- IGE “International Grading Exam” & refresher training was conducted at Hotel Lord Inn Jammu.
Training program was coordinated by Sonia Masson and .Rashmi Aggarwal while assessment was taken by UCMAS Master Franchisee J&K, Rupesh Masson.
Speaking on occasion, Rupesh stressed that regular practice, six finger technique, use of flash cards and magic bars, listening book, regular interaction and feedback to parents are core strength of UCMAS training imparted to teachers of J&K.
Continues & regular training & assessment is done to update all UCMAS certified teachers on latest training techniques prevailing on international level.
This International Standard Exam & training was initiated on the guidelines provided by Akademi Sempoa & Mental Arithmetic UCMAS Sdn. Bhd., MALAYSIA & & accredited by The Chinese Zhusuan Abacus Association – CHINA
Teacher who underwent this refresher training as well as assessment & International Grading exam, included. Bandana Sharma, Deepika Gupta, Sandeepa Sharma, Seema Khanna, Upasana Arora ,Namneet Kour, Rekha Rani, Diyva Gupta, Sugandha Sharma, Pallavi Hans, Gurmeet Kour, Mamta Sharma, Jagdish Kumar, Rupali Sharma, Arti Chopra, Ranjani Gupta, Neelam Sudan, Princy Bansal, Vandana Manhas, Pinky Manwati, Rachna Sharma, Arun Gupta, Sonia Rekhi, Rohini Gupta, Arti Khajuria, Rita Sharma, Anjana Kumari, Sunita Koul, Rachna Sapolia, Gurmeet Kour, Amardeep Singh, Shallu Dogra, Anita Bhan, Surja Koul, Shilpee Gupta, Rita Sharma, Jyoti Kohli, Arun Gupta, Rita Sharma, Arti Khajuria, Santosh Devi and Renu Sharma. The event was cooordinated by Manager UCMAS Harvinder Rana.
All authorized & certified course instructors/trainers of UCMAS Abacus program are assessed and graded individually based on the standard grading system, which is accredited by the Zhusuan Abacus Association of China. This competition provided a unique opportunity for certified UCMAS trainer from Jammu region to get evaluated on the Standardized Global Level.
