JAMMU, Mar 17: UC Modelling Institute is conducting auditions for the fashion show “Iconic Face of the Year 2017”, to be conducted by Jollywood Creations and Eventige Media.
In Jammu, the auditions will be conducted on March 19 at 11 am, said model and actress Urvashi Choudhary while interacting with media persons here today.
She said that in the auditions any males who are between 16 years to 34 years and having minimum height 5-8 feet can participate and any female between 16 years to 34 years with minimum height 5-3 feet can participate which are free without any registration charges.
“The basic aim of this contest is to search the hidden talent in the field of modeling and to groom them by professionals of the same field. After the grooming session, we will bring them on ramp in our semifinal and grand finale so that they can prove their talent before the audience and professionals. In these days different fashion related business houses and fashion designers are searching for stylish and groomed models according to their requirements, but it is very hard to find the right choice which may fulfill their requirements”, Choudhary informed.
We will provide a service to fashion industry and models through our contest, she said, adding that after the audition across India, the selected candidates will be groomed by highly professionals. The professionals will groom them in ramp walk, personality development, dance, expression, communication skills and portfolio, she stated.
“The grand finale will be held in Delhi in the last week of April 2017. In the finale, different associates of the fashion related field will select the models of their choice for the assignments on the spot and offer them opportunities. This is the unique talent hunt for the male and female models, who are starving to show their talent in showbiz”, Choudhary said.
In Jammu, the auditions will be conducted by famous International Choreographer Arvind Parashar, Actress Urvashi Choudhary, Director Eventige Media Sachin Kashyap and Rubina Arora from Club-Selina.
