Srinagar :Two militants were killed on Wednesday early morning in an encounter in Sothu Kothair area of Nowgam in Srinagar.
Enconter started after a joint team of army’s 55 Rashtriya Rifles, SOG and CRPF launched a cordon and search operation in Sathu area of Nowgam in Srinagar district after receiving specific intelligence inputs about the presence of militants. Two militants have been killed, but there identity is yet to be ascertained (Agencies)
