JAMMU, Aug 23: Two persons were injured after some miscreants thrashed them with rods and feasts in Akhnoor area of city outskirts.
According to a police spokesman, two youth namely Salman Khan son of Nazir Ahmed and Balwinder Kumar son of Jalla Ram, both residents of Lehar, were returning to their home last night when on reaching at Pakhiwala, a man namely Vicku Singh son of Jabbar Singh, Suman Kumar and two others, all residents of Lehar, stooped their way and beat them with rod and feasts.
He said that the injured youth were hospitalized while a case FIR No 176/2017 under Sections 341/323/506 RPC was registered against all the accused at Police Station Akhnoor.
