Two arrested with illicit liquor pouches

JAMMU, Dec 6: Domana police arrested two persons and recovered illicit liquor pouches from their possession.
As per police sources, on reliable information, a team from Domana Police Station laid a naka and intercepted two persons.
During checking, police recovered 49 pouches of illicit liquor from the possession of the persons and arrested them.
The arrested persons identified as Jeevan Lal, son of Soba Ram and Krishan, son of Narotam Parkash, both residents of Paloura were carrying the illicit liquor pouches to their native area for selling among the masses to make illegitimate profits.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered against them at Police Station Domana and investigation started.
Police team led by SHO Domana Inspector Sumeet Sharma made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO Domana Verinder Singh and SP Rural Shivdeep Singh Jamwal.
