Two more arrested in gang-rape case

JAMMU, Jan 31: Domana police arrested two more persons in a gang-rape case of a minor girl.
As per police sources, a girl student of 9th standard was allegedly kidnapped and raped in a mini-bus in an area, falling under the jurisdiction of Domana police station on January 25.
The victim was coming to her home in a Talab Tillo bound mini-bus when she was kidnapped by the driver and conductor of the mini-bus and later raped by them along with their two other associates.
The girl narrated the ordeal to her family, who reported the matter to Domana police station.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 32/17 under Section 363, 376, 109 and 506 RPC was registered at Domana police station and two accused identified as Rajiv Sharma, son of Rattan Lal and Jagdeep, son of Mela Lal, both residents of Talab Tillo were arrested.
The girl was restored to family members after completing medical and legal formalities, while the hunt was launched to nab two adsconding repists.
On specific information, a team from Domana police station nabbed the two absconding accused, who have been identified as Sunny, son of Romesh of RK Vihar, Talab Tillo and Anil Kumar, son of Yash Pal of Talab Tillo.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
Police team led by SHO Domana Inspector Rajeshwar Singh made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO Domana SK Sharma and SP Rural Arun Gupta.
