JAMMU, June 28: TVS today introduced a new special edition variant of Jupiter christened as MillionR to celebrate the success of 1 million unit sales of the scooter. The new Jupiter MillionR features many cosmetic changes with new styling and a new color scheme. The key feature of the MillionR edition is the addition of 220mm Disc brake at the front.
Commenting on the Jupiter MillionR edition, Aniruddha Haldar, Vice President – Marketing, TVS Motor Company said, “We are deeply humbled and grateful for the outstanding response and love that TVS Jupiter has garnered in such a short time. 10 lakh families have reposed faith in Jupiter and its promise of Zyada ka Fayda. The MillionR edition gets a new deep purple color along with cosmetic changes including beige floor board, dual tone seats, a chromed 3D Jupiter logo on the side, additional chrome detailing on the side panels and mirrors, mobile charger and a ‘MillionR Edition’ badge on the front and side.
Mechanically, no changes have been made and the new Jupiter MillionR carries the same 110cc engine delivering 8bhp of peak power and 8Nm of peak torque with a CVT automatic gearbox. The claimed ARAI mileage of the scooter is 62kmpl.
Priced at Rs. 53,034 (ex-showroom Delhi), the special edition TVS Jupiter MillionR is currently available at all TVS dealerships across the country.
