MENDHAR, Feb 9: Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Mendhar, Rahul Yadav today conducted surprise inspection of two Govt offices in the town here and charge-sheeted 16 Govt employees who were found absent from duty.
Official sources said that SDM, a new IAS officer, first moved to the office of Tehsil Supply Officer (TSO), Mendhar which was found locked at 10.20 am. He charge-sheeted all the four employees including TSO Abdul Khaliq of the same office posted there. Then he moved to the office of Block Development Officer (BDO/RDD) and charge sheeted 12 more employees absent from study. He has also sought the explanation of BDO Mendhar.
