JAMMU, Apr 15: Desh Bhagat Yadgaar Committee organised a function to pay tributes to the Jallianwala Bagh massacre martyrs.
On the occasion, a one day seminar was organized to pay rich tribute to martyrs in which comrades, senior trade union leaders and prominent citizens took part and shared their views.
While speaking on the occasion, Comrade Sukhdev Singh, Convener Desh Bhagat Yaadgar Committee highlighted the history that Jallianwala Bagh massacre, in which hundreds of unarmed Indians were killed by a senior British military officer.
The participants condemned the killing of hundreds of unarmed Indians by a senior British military officer.
Among others who spoke were GL Chanda, Mohinder Singh, Member DGPC Jammu, Kulvinder Singh President Gurudwara Guru Nanak Dev Jammu, Sukhbir Singh, President Gurudwara Baba Chanda Singh, Rajinder Singh Brigadier, Com Mohan Lal, JA Kazmi, Com Ramesh Verma, Shiv Rattan Singh, Vidya Bushan and Karan Deep Singh.
