JAMMU, Mar 18: Jammu 360, a Jammu based travel community, organized a Trekking Camp at Sukhal Ghat where in more than 40 hikers from different parts of the State and even from neighbouring States participated.
The start-up community is working towards showcasing the region’s unheard and unseen landscapes, cultures, art forms and traditions and is bringing like-minded people on the same platform.
With these initiatives, community also aspires to bring the hidden places in Jammu on the tourism maps of the Country and is offering experiences including camping, mountain hiking, etc.
The community distributed free of cost refreshments to the participants in the Sukhal Ghat trek and few experts shared information on how these treks should be conducted including pitching the tents, carrying the essentials and safety measures.
