Train services suspended

Srinagar, May 9: The train services between Banihal and Baramulla were suspended today after miscreants damaged track in Pulwama district of South Kashmir this morning.
The morning train between Banihal and Baramulla ran normally after remaining suspended for three days but was suspended soon after miscreants damaged the Railway track and signal system at Naina in Pulwama.
A Railway official said that the Railways suffered a loss of Rs 6 lakh. He said that services will resume once the track repaired and signal system is restored.
