JAMMU, June 12: To check the over speeding and rash driving, which is the main cause of road mishaps, Traffic Police (Rural Jammu) has adopted a new computerized system of electronic imaging for challaning the erring drivers.
Using the new system of electronic imaging, SP Traffic (Rural Jammu) Mushtaq Choudhary launched a special driver at Samba, Vijaypur and Dyalachak areas where 160 violators were booked for the offence of overspending.
During the drive, Traffic Police Rural also acted against pressure horns and booked the violators besides destroying pressure horns.
