JAMMU, Sept 23: As part of Navrarta Festival, a cultural programme was organized by Tourism Department at Kol Kandoli Temple Nagrota.
MLA, Devender Singh Rana, was the chief guest on the occasion and urged upon the need of organizing more such programmes. He extended best wishes to the people on the auspicious occasion of Navratra festival.
Director Tourism Jammu, Smita Sethi, in her address, spoke about the religious importance of Kol Kandoli Temple.
MLA along with Director Tourism and other officers flagged off Manokamna Yatra Bus proceeding to visit all Hindu religious places enroute and adjoining Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Katra.
Meanwhile, a cultural programme was organized which was witnessed by a jam packed audience including the pilgrims.
Among others Deputy Director Publicity Shokat Mehmood, Deputy Director Subah Mehta, Assistant Director Tourism Rupali Mahajan and large number of people were present on the occasion.
