JAMMU, Jan 6: On 6th day of Induction Training Programme, Justice Janak Raj Kotwal, Member State Judicial Academy interacted with the newly appointed Munsiffs (Civil Judges Junior Division) on the topic “Judicial Leadership and Court Management”.
He emphasized upon the newly appointed judges to build good reputation on the basis of hardwork and dedication as the reputation travels ahead of the judge. “The time management is very important for the judge in the court”, he added.
The proceedings were conducted by Abdul Rashid Malik, Director State Judicial Academy. The working sessions of the Induction Training Programme were chaired by Director Judicial Academy, Principal District and Sessions Judge, Bhaderwah and G R Ghani, Ex-Settlement Commissioner.
The working sessions deliberated upon management and courts including Judicial Leadership, Court Management, Case Load Management, Case Flow Management, Judicial Management, Dealing with Staff, Litigants, Victims, Lawyers, Colleagues, Senior Judicial Officers, Dealing with Adjournments, Case Flow Management, Docket Management and Time Management.
G R Ghani, Resource Person made a power point presentation on Land Revenue Act and interpretation of Revenue Record.
