Three road accident victims succumb to injuries at GMC

JAMMU, Jan 28: Three road accident victims succumbed to their injuries at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH).
As per reports, Ravi Kumar, son of Ghan Sham of Akhnoor was seriously injured after being hiut by an unknown vehicle at Akhnoor on yesterday.
He was shifted to GMCH, where he failed to respond to the treatment and succumbed to his injuries today.
The body has been handed over to family members for last rites after completing legal formalities.
Meanwhile, a woman identified as 29-year-old Rajni Bharti, wife of Pawan Kumar of Eidgah Road was seriously injured in collision between a motorcycle and a car at Gandhi Nagar on January 26.
She was rushed to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where she failed to respond to the treatment and breathed her last today.
The condition of her husband was stated to be stable when last reports came in.
In another incident, 66 year-old Krishan Chand, son of Dina Nath of district Samba was seriously injured after being hit by a scooter at Samba yesterday.
He was rushed to nearby hospital and later referred to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where during treatment he succumbed to his injuries.
After completing legal formalities, the body was handed over to family members for last rites.
Cases stands registered at concerned police stations and investigation started.
