UDHAMPUR, Feb 24: Three persons were injured today in two separate road mishaps in the district.
According to the police reports, a Maruti car bearing registration number JK14B-2418 collided with a Tata Mobile bearing registration number JK14A-9321 near Battal Balian on Udhampur Road, resulting into injuries to two occupants of the Maruti car.
The injured persons, who were identified as Mohan Lal (44) son of Jagdish of Rakh Badali and Makhna Devi (35) wife of Ashok Kumar of Gady Talab Udhampur, were shifted to District Hospital for treatment.
Another road accident occurred near State Bank of India, Udhampur, where a pedestrian was hit and injured by a motorcycle bearing registration number JK14E-1005. Locals had shifted the injured persons namely Shipali (33) wife of Kapil Paba of Shakti Nagar, Udhampur, to District Hospital.
In both cases, the concerned police had taken cognizance.
