UDHAMPUR, Apr 25: Some burglars struck a house at village Pinger in Ramnagar and decamped with cash, gold and other ornaments worth lakhs of rupees.
Reports said that the thieves broke wall of the house of Rattan Singh, son of Chander of Pinger when all the family members had gone to attend a function, last night. The thieves took away two iron boxes, containing cash and jewellery while locks of the doors and Almirahs were also broken.
The matter came to light when the family members returned home. On being informed, Ramnagar Police registered the case under section 457/380 RPC and started investigation.
