REASI, Feb 20: Degree College Reasi in collaboration with Sangeet Natak Akademi,  New Delhi,   has organized 10 days Theatre Workshop for children & college students at Govt  General Zorawar Singh Memorial Degree College Reasi.
The  workshop  was inaugurated today by Prof. Sumbodh, I/C Principal Degree College whereas Prof  Prem Singh,  HOD Pol Science,  was guest of honor of the occasion.
M  Akram Khan  presented  welcome address.
The workshop is being conducted by Raja Aamir Khan , Tarsem Kumar, Shadab Khan ,Rohit Kumar,Rajesh Ajnabi, , Bodh Raj, Barkha Thakur, Anam Khan and Akram Khan.
Speaking on the occasion,  the chief guest Prof  Sumbodh  said that a unique and rarest opportunity has been provided by Triple “A “Performing  Arts Reasi to the children as well as college students  where they will be exposed to the amazing world of creativity and innovation. A wholesome and fun-filled training module which applies the most latest developed theatrical and artistic devices of self exploration and personality development,  will be offered to the work shop participants who will have the occasion to explore their immense inner abilities while participating in creative games and professionally designed exercises.
Prof  Prem Singh  spoke at length about such workshops and their role in enhancing and extracting the talent of the students which ultimately leads to their personality development. He  urged upon the participants to explore their potential to the utmost capacity so that they may give optimum yield in the field of art and culture.
President  of the organization,  Anam Khan also spoke on the occasion.
Other who present on the occasion,  included Dr  Kanchan Singh, Prof Tania Akhter, Prof  Suman Bala, Dr  Jagmeet Kour,  Reva Rani,  Anju,  Reva Thakur, Babita Kumari, and Shweta.
