Terror, talks can’t go together: Shiv Sena

JAMMU, Nov 8 : Shiv Sena (Bala Sahib Thackeray) today said that terror and talks can’t go together.
While addressing the media persons here, State president of Shiv Sena, Dimpy Kohli and general secretary, Manish Sahni said that Central Government has no clear cut policy in this regard.
Kohli said that on one hand separatists are provoking Kashmiri youth to take to arms and on the other hand they are showing willingness to hold talks with representatives of Central Government. “No one is clear that what to do or not to do”, he added.
He said we strongly oppose any type of talks with separatists. The tour of interlocutor is mere an eye wash to befool the public and nothing concrete will come out of all this, he added.
General secretary of Sena, Manish Sahni said that Centre started dialogue process in 1990 and till now this is the 5th attempt. What happened with the previous talks, he asked?. This is just the time wastage and befooling the people of the State.
He made a strong appeal to Government of India to dealt strictly with separatists and not to indulge itself in talks as this will remain as a futile exercise.
Sahni said that there is no credibility and agenda of talks. The main opposition NC makes it clear that they want Autonomy and PDP asks for self rule. Those who were present on in the press conference included working president, Ashwani Gupta, senior vice president, Rajeev Bhandari, State spokesman Rakesh Kak, vice president, Rajan Gupta, Surinder Mahajan, secretary. Nathpal Chowdary, Vikas Patel, Raj Singh, Romesh Gupta, Naresh Bakshi, Pawan Gupta, Raju Salaria and many others.
