Srinagar, Feb 21: Army today said it conducted telephone interviews of youths with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) under project Udaan in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
A defence official said Sikh Unit of Rashtriya Rifles (RR) of Army in Baramulla Town carried out telephonic interviews of job aspirants of the area. “A total of 37 youths from different parts of the Baramulla town appeared for the interviews which were carried out by panelists from Kolkata.
“The fields which are being offered are primary insurance, telecommunication, banking, market research etc. The youth were seen highly enthusiastic for this opportunity which will go a long way in providing employment. Successful candidates will be sent to Kolkata for their further training and will get placements accordingly,” he added.
