SRINAGAR, May 19: A teenager ended his life while a lady attempted suicide at two different places in Kashmir today.
Police said a 17-year old youth (name withheld) of Anantnag district hanged himself at his home. He was shifted to hospital where doctors declared him brought dead, said a police spokesman.
The police spokesman said a lady (name withheld) hailing from Sopore area of Barmaulla district consumed some poisonous substance at her home. She was shifted to Sub District Hospital Sopore for treatment where from she was shifted to SMHS Hospital for further treatment.
