JAMMU, Aug 30; A deputation of All Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh Teachers Federation called on Deputy Chief Minister Dr Nirmal Singh and apprised him of some irregularities in recent transfer of Master by the outgoing Director School Education Jammu.
The deputation, led by working president Maheshwar Prasad, president Mohan Singh and chairman B S Verma, explained that Masters and teachers, who were serving in far flung areas for the last 6-7 years were negated while some blue eyed persons were shifted within city.
The DyCM gave a patient hearing to the deputation and issued on the spot instruction to MoS Education Priya Sethi to look into the matter.
The deputation comprised of Dr Vijay Kumar, Arun Sharma, Kulbhushan Sharma, Ravinder Verma, Madan Singh, Kuldeep Singh, Narinder Bakshi, Pankaj Sharma and others.
