KISHTWAR, May 6: A deputation of Education Reformation Teachers Union, Kishtwar, called on Director School Education Jammu Gulzar Ahmed Qureshi during the latter’s visit here and apprised him of various issues concerning the teaching community.
The meet demanded detachment of teachers and Masters, removal of pay anomalies of Mater Grade, release of salary of SSA Teachers and Masters, adjustment of promoted Masters, transfer of officials having more than two years stay, etc.
The Director gave a patient hearing to the deputation and assured that all genuine demands would be solved on priority basis.
The ERTU deputation comprised of Qazi Mohd Iqbal, Kuldeep Kumar Sharma, Yashpal Sharma, Gh Mohd, Nisar Hussain, Sanjay Parihar, Sunil Rana, Rakesh Kumar, Rajesh Sen, Ashfaq Hussain and others.
