Tarigami, Arora call on Governor

JAMMU, Dec 4: M.Y. Tarigami, MLA Kulgam, met Governor N.N. Vohra at the Raj Bhavan, here today.
Tarigami discussed with the Governor issues relating to the inadequacies, particularly during the winter, which created serious difficulties for the people, especially those living in the rural areas.
Tarigami also discussed with the Governor the consequences of continuing delays in the implementation of development programmes and the difficulties faced by the people from the functioning of the Health and Education Departments.
Ramesh Arora, Member Legislative Council also called on Governor.
Arora informed the Governor about several problems which are being faced by the people because of the disturbance of peace and normalcy. He also raised question about the need for the Security Forces stationed near the Ram Nagar Wild Life Sanctuary to be shifted to another suitable place and for permission to be granted for devotees to be allowed to visit PoK to pay obeisance at the Maa Sharda Temple at Muzaffarabad.
