Rs 300 central share and Rs 300 State share but since 2004 the persons with disabilities in our state are getting 400 Rs which is highly meager.
In his letter, Tak has raised the issue of education of the children of disabled persons. “The education of children with disabilities is very much hampered because of non availability of the special educators in schools, non availability of accessible teaching learning material. The heavy funding for the purpose sanctioned to state project of sarva Shiksha Abhiyan gets lapsed because of not being utilized, he said.”
