Jammu, Dec 12: Tahir Mustafa Malik, Deputy Secretary, Horticulture Department, under orders of transfer to the Home Department, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary in the J&K Public Service Commission with immediate effect.
An order in this regard was issued today by the General Administration Department.
