Addressing a well attended public meeting at Paloura Top, the Minister said that Raipur-Domana constituency which has lagged behind in development process is under special focus of the present regime headed by Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti wherein equal opportunities of development are being provided to all areas to ensure all round growth of the State and its people.
