Apropos to the article “Clear suspense over J&K Bank “, I appreciate Daily Excelsior for highlighting such important issues through reports , columns and write-ups. Majority of newspapers are tight-lipped on the issue. JK Bank was a hot debate few months back but it seems Government headed by Governor has succumbed to pressure from political parties like NC and PDP including BJP ? There is no clear order about J&B Bank being declared as a Public Authority. People are being kept in total dark by the Government. On the other side JK Bank is not at all entertaining RTI applications. I appeal Governor Mr Satya Pal Malik, his advisors K K Sharma and Khurshid Ganai (former CIC) to speak out on this issue
