JAMMU, Oct 23: In order to provide basic facilities to the people of the area MLA Marh Constituency and former Minister, Sukhnandan Choud-hary laid foundation stone for the construction of Community Hall at village Tikkri Khanni
Accompanied by officers and Party activists, Choudhary laid foundation stone for the construction of community hall in the presence of scores of people including social and political activists of the area & people hailing from all walks of life. The total cost of construction has been estimated around Rs 21.75 lakh.
Addressing the gathering, Sukhnandan said that it was a long pending demand of the residents of the Tikkri Khanni and the same has been met so that basic facilities could be provided to the masses at lowest cost possible. He also asked people of the Marh Constituency to take maximum benefits of various schemes launched by coagulation Govern-ment.
He stated that the community hall will cater to the needs of the people of the area and any sort of function or other program can be done in the same & that too at a reasonable price & it will also be seen that people who cannot afford to pay will also provided every facility possible at concessional or no rates.
