Sukhnandan kick starts blacktopping of road

JAMMU, Mar 19: Former Minister & MLA Marh Sukhnandan Choudhary today kick started black topping of about 6 km of road from village Bawa Talab to Jaswan in Marh constituency which will be completed at the estimated cost of Rs 1.70 crore.
While addressing the public gathering on the occasion the former Minister said that implementation of various developmental activities undertaken by the Government has been fast-paced and are being regularly monitored.
He said it is endeavour of the Government to ensure time bound completion of works so that people get benefited. The MLA said that due to sustained efforts of the State’s BJP-PDP Government much headway has been achieved in ensuring time bound completion of developmental works. He also directed the executing agency to complete the work in stipulated time.
Calling upon youth to derive maximum benefit from employment schemes, he enjoined upon them to inculcate spirit of entrepreneurship and look beyond Government sector for jobs. Executive Engineer PWD ,AEE PWD,Mandal president Babu Ram Sharma, ex-Sarpanch Harjit Sing & a large number of people of the area were also present on the occasion.
