JAMMU, Dec 4: Ch. Sukh-nandan Kumar, former minister & MLA Marh kick started blacktopping of road form village Seoora, Nandani to Revenue complex Gole Gujral in the Marh Constituency today.
On the occasion he said it was a long pending demand of the people of the area & would solve the issue of sanitation in the area. The project was executed by PWD (R&B).He directed the concerned Department to complete the work in stipulated time. He said that all the developmental works in Marh Constituency will be fast paced so that these can be completed in a time bound manner.
He also sought people’s cooperation & asked them to come forward and personally check the quality of work. He strictly directed the engineers to maintain the quality of work as per specifications.
Former Minister while addressing the residents assured them of Govt.’s commitment to development of each nook and corner of all the three regions of the State.
Ex Sarpanchs Raj Kumar Sharma, S. Harjiet Singh & officials of the concerned department and a large number of people were also present on the occasion.
