SUF appeals people to vote for Azad

JAMMU, Apr 15: Various Sikh organisations today met under the chairmanship of president, Sikh United Front (SUF), Sudershan Singh Wazir, wherein they appealed the people to rise above community lines and vote for Congress candidate Ghulam Nabi Azad.
During the meeting, Wazir expressed that people should come forward to vote for Ghulam Nabi Azad, as he did a commendable job as Chief Minister of J&K by providing Central University and Super Specialty Hospital to the State. He also applauded Azad for getting released sufficient funds for the development of the State as Union Minister.
Wazir appealed the people belonging to all communities to vote for Azad on April 17 elections for Kathua-Udhampur-Doda Parliamentary seat. He further urged the people to crush communal parties like BJP.
The meeting was attended by representatives of Shiromani Akali Dal, State Gurudwara Prabandhak Board, Bhai Kanaya Nishkam Sewa Society, All India Sikh Students Federation, Sikh Welfare Society, State Gurudwara Prabandhak Committees and Sikh Naujawan Sabha.
