JAMMU, Apr 28: Sub-Registrar (Munsiff) Jammu Adnan Sayeed has vacated the stay whereby Jammu Club was directed to keep one post vacant under wards category till outcome of civil suit filed by Vishal Dhar.
After hearing Advocate Vikram Sharma for Vishal Dhar and Advocate Pranav Kohli for Jammu Club, the Sub-Registrar observed, “as per the defendants Vishal Dhar could not qualify the interview for the permanent member of the Club”, adding “no inconvenience will be caused to him if he is not selected”.
While dismissing the application, the court further said, “plaintiff is not going to suffer irreparable loss or injury because he can apply for the membership again when fresh vacancy would accrue”.
With these observations, the court vacated the stay whereby Jammu Club was asked to keep one post vacant under wards category.
