NEW DELHI, Jan 25: SREI Infrastructure Finance today said it plans to raise up to Rs 706.63 crore through a public issue of secured redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs).
“SREI is proposing a public issue of secured redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 1,000 each, aggregating up to Rs 200 crore, with an option to retain oversubscription up to the residual shelf limit of Rs 706.63 crore,” SREI Infrastructure Finance said in a BSE filing.
The issue will open on January 30 and close on February 23. The highest coupon rate is 9.5 per cent (rpt) 9.5 per cent for investors of all categories for a tenure of 5 years.
For all categories of investors with a tenure of 3 years, the rate is 9.25 per cent, and for 400 days, the coupon is 8.50 per cent per annum.
The NCDs are proposed to be listed on NSE and BSE. (PTI)
