SR College starts KAS test series

JAMMU, Jan 29: The SR College of Competitions today started a comprehensive test series aiming at the preliminary examinations of Kashmir Administrative Services (KAS) at its Gandhi Nagar Centre, here.
In first such day-long tests, conducted in different subjects, attracted hundreds of KAS aspirants from different parts of the state.
“Following the laid down syllabus by the Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC), we have conducted similar tests in General Studies and various other optional subjects including Public Administration, Political Science, Geography, Sociology, Zoology, History and Psychology,” informed Director of SR College, Parveen Sharma.
Month-long test series will continue on twice a week basis on Sundays and Wednesdays covering each and every aspect of the upcoming KAS preliminary examination.
“We have prepared the question papers in such a manner that it gives the students a feel of real examination. By doing so, we are preparing our students and those non-students for the real test ahead. Today’s test series received an encouraging response and it further strengthened our resolve to give state students the best through dedicated faculty,” said Parveen.
