Sprawling Buds, Apple Kids International Pre-school celebrate Annual Day

JAMMU, Feb 27: Sprawling Buds and Apple Kids International Pre-School,  Bantalab celebrated its Annual Day ‘’Incredible India” with pomp and show at General Zorawar Singh Auditorium Complex, University of Jammu,  here today.
Kavinder Gupta, Speaker, J&K Legislative Assembly was chief guest, who along with guest of honour, Ashok Koul, General Secretary Organization, BJP J&K and Parveen Sharma, Managing Director, SR College of Competitions, distributed prizes among the achievers in Academic, Sports and cultural activities held during the year.
The tiny tots of School presented a colorful cultural programme which enthralled a large gathering.
The function started with Ganesh Vandana and lighting of ceremonial lamp by the chief guest, guests of honour and other dignitaries.
Then the little toddlers from Play group presented an eye catching fancy dress item in which they represented different states by wearing different attires, which was followed by Yoga Aasans and Martial Art skills by the young students which thrilled the audience.
The function was based on the theme ‘’Incredible India” in which students beautifully represented the culture, traditions and dances of different states.
Earlier, coordinator of the School, Vedhina Mahajan presented welcome address.
Addressing the gathering, Mr Gupta appreciated the efforts of the school in providing quality education and moulding the kids into all round characters at the tender age.
Prominent among others present in the function were special guests, Sanjit Khajuria, Deputy Director, Doordarshan, Ram Khajuria, Secretary, Indian Mountaineering Foundation North Zone Committee, New Delhi, Sukhdev Singh, Sarpanch, Subhash Bhagat, Ex Municipal Corporator and Sanjay Mehra, chief coordinator, Apple Kids, J&K.
Vote of thanks was presented by Heena Nayyar, coordinator of the school.
