JAMMU, Aug 16: Sports Council Jammu, prominent citizens, educationists and sports enthusiasts, while according a warm send off to Additional DC Jammu, Arun Manhas on his transfer as Additional DC Samba, today honoured him for his contribution and inputs in Khelo India Games and 1st School Olympics in Jammu last season.
Earlier, Ranjeet Kalra, Vice Chairman Sports Council Jammu while welcoming the guests fondly recalled the contribution of Arun Manhas in the organisation of Khelo India games and 1st School Oylmpics in Jammu District.
Manhas in his address while expressing satisfaction over his tenure as Additional DC Jammu attributed his success to his senior officers and colleagues and the people of Jammu.
Arun was also presented a memento as a token of gratitude on this occasion.
