Speedball Association organizes Camp at GDC Kathua

Kathua, Mar 4: A Training Camp was organized at Govt. Degree College Kathua by Speedball Association J&K in which 200 students of the college were given opportunity to get awareness about the newly introduced game in J&K.
Principal of the college, Dr Nater Singh who was the chief guest on the occasion said that the participation in such a game will make the young generation to develop personality, besides making them hearty and healthy.
He said the introduction of more and more games will make the youngsters to divert their minds from the menace of drug abuse and also wrong use of social media.
Earlier, Sunny Nanda, General Secretary of the Association introduced the game to the students of the College.
He explained the rules and regulations of the game in detail. He gave an opportunity to all the students to personally participate and practise the game.
The training programme was organized under the guidance of Dr. Balbinder Singh, Director Physical Education and Sheetal  Kumari.
Prof. Jasvinder Singh, Prof Sumanesh, Prof Shub Kumar and Dr Arun Dev Singh were present on the occasion.
The vote thanks was presented by Anmol Jasrotia, Official of Speedball Association.
