JAMMU, Apr 14: Speaker Legislative Assembly, Kavinder Gupta and MLA Jammu East & Party chief whip Rajesh Gupta inaugurated Shemrock First Step School at Channi Himmat near Panch Mandir here today.
The Managing Director of the School, Kannav Sharma and Principal Neelika Sharma welcomed the dignitaries with flower bouquets on the occasion.
Kavinder Gupta while speaking on the occasion said that the Education sector in Jammu city and around is touching new heights with the opening of new institutions of learning. Kavinder Gupta said that it is dream of our Prime Minister to create an India that would be driven by its youth power. India has the best demographic profile amongst all the nation’s in the world as 65% of our population is below 35 years of age. It is due to this youth power that India will become most resourceful country in the world.
MLA Jammu East, Rajesh Gupta while speaking on the occasion said that we have to strive hard so that our children get the best possible education and after secondary education our thrust must be on skill development. The skill India is one such scheme that aims to provide employment opportunities to our youth.
