JAMMU, Mar 8:  Continuing its chain of organizing rally in every month in Jammu City, SOS International held another rally at Maheshpura Chowk, Bakshi Nagar, to discuss the latest development of the demands of PoK Displaced Persons.
While addressing the rally, Chairman SOS International, Rajiv Chuni  said that the discriminatory approach adopted by PDP-BJP Government was  clearly visible in the CMP. “However, we will give time to new regime to perform and observe each and every move of the PDP-BJP regime regarding the settlement package of PoK DPs,” he added.
Taking a dig at Chief Minister Mufti Mohd Sayeed, Chuni said that the former seemed to have forgotten   that  it was Pakistani’s, which  invaded in Mirpur, Muzaffarabad, Poonch and  Gilgit and killed thousands of innocent people  and forced lakhs of Hindus and  Sikhs to migrate from their homes and hearths for becoming as  PoK Displaced Persons, who are  living in miserable conditions in different parts of India since 1947.
SOS International Chairman further stated that it was not Pak, terrorists and separatists who allowed peaceful Assembly polls in J&K; it was the brave people of Jammu and Kashmir, Security forces and Election Commission of India with which peaceful Assembly polls were possible. “The intention of PDP has been clear as Mufti has insulted the sacrifices made by people of Jammu and Kashmir and Security forces who have been combating to foil  nefarious designs of Pakistan”, he added and  appealed all PoK Displaced Persons to be united to get their rights from Government.
Others, who addressed the gathering, include Dr  Gurmeet Singh, Lalit Kumar, Roshan Lal, Ravinder Khajuria, Romesh Singh, Sharda Devi, Sat Paul Lakha, Rakesh Sharma, Bishan Saroop, Satya Devi and Vinay Sharma.
