Social, political organizations protest death penalty to Jadhav

JAMMU, Apr 12: Various social and political organizations today condemned Pakistan Military Court’s decision of executing Indian national Kulbhushan Jadhav and held protest in various parts of Jammu, demanding his immediate release.
State BJP spokesperson, Prof Virender Gupta today lambasted the Pakistan Government for its decision of executing Kulbhushan Jadav, who, he said, is an innocent kidnapped Indian. He denounced the military trial of Jadhav on false charges of being involved in spying as RAW agent. Prof Gupta questioned the silence on part of the so-called Human Right activists and intellectuals, both in Pakistan and India and said that they stand exposed in the present episode.
Kashmiri Pandit Conference (KPC) also strongly condemned Pakistan for sentencing Indian national Kulbhushan Jadhav to death after falsely convicted of “espionage and sabotage activities, without any concrete evidence and diplomatic access to him. KPC Chief, Kundan Kashmiri while expressing his resentment on behalf of the KP community over this false conviction, stated that Pakistan has been for a long time trying  to prove India’s involvement in its internal disturbances and also prove India’s claims on Pakistan-sponsored terrorism false.
The workers of Dogra Front and Shiv Sena (DFSS) under the leadership of president, Ashok Gupta, hold a protest in old Jammu city against death penalty granted to Indian Citizen Kulbhushan Jadhav by the Pakistan Military Court. The party workers burned the Pakistan flag and raised slogans against the judiciary of the country.
Reacting to injustice done to an innocent and respectable Indian citizen in Pakistan, activists of Tanda Tiger Force assembled at Tanda and held a strong protest demonstration against Pakistan for pronouncing death sentence to Kulbhushan Jadhav, a retired Naval Officer of Indian Navy, by Pakistan Military Court without following due course of law and justice. They raised anti Pakistan slogans and marched on Tanda-Akhnoor road in large numbers demanding immediate revocation of Kangroo Court death sentence and immediate release of Kulbhushan Jadhav.
The activists of Jammu West Assembly Movement led by their president, Sunil Dimple, also held an anti-Pakistan protest rally against the death sentence awarded to innocent Kulbhushan Yadav, by a Pakistan Military Court. Raising slogans and burning the effigies of the Nawaz Sharief as well as Pakistan flags, the protesters demanded immediate release of Kulbhushan Jadhav.
