Jammu, Apr 23: Providing world class facilities for health, fitness and acquisition of skills in various games to encourage healthy competition among its members in displaying their strengths and skills, KC Sports Club held Smith Machine Shoulder Press Competition at the Club, here today.
It was a contest related to overall physical fitness and was adjudged in terms of number of repetitions an individual can perform in a single go without a break with a weight of 90 pounds on Smith Machine.
The contest turned out to be quite exciting in view of the closeness of final results. Vijay Sharma emerged as winner with 25 reps each to his credit, while Rohan Jaral and Vijeshwar Singh stood second by performing 24 reps each.
